IN THREE AND A HALF YEARS OF OWNERSHIP, THE ONLY FAULTS THE BIKE HAS SUFFERED WERE A TENDANCY TO BLOW FORK SEALS ( A BAD BATCH OF MARZOCHIS WERE KNOWN ABOUT BY THE DEALERS AND ONCE RE-CHROMED NEVER RE-OCCURED, UNDER WARRANTY I MIGHT ADD), AND A WIRING FAULT AS THE BIKE TURNED 3 YEARS OLD, CAUSED BY A BADLY ROUTED WIRE (BY ME) THAT CAUSED IT TO CHAFF ON THE HEADSTOCK. ALL AIRCOOLED DUKES HAVE A HABIT OF CARB ICING IN FINE RAIN ON COLD DAYS, EASIEST WAY TO AVOID IT IS TO USE PRO-FST. ITS A FUEL ADDITIVE THAT I WOULD BE LOST WITHOUT IN WINTER.
